Refund Policy – Mini MBA Program for Dentistry

At Serendequity Education, we are committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience through our Mini MBA program. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to provide a fair and transparent refund process while ensuring the integrity of the program.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full Refund: Requests made within 14 days of purchase will receive a full refund, provided that no more than one module has been accessed.
  • Partial Refund: Requests made between 15 and 30 days of purchase may be eligible for a 50% refund, provided that no more than three modules have been accessed.
  • No Refunds After 30 Days: Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to course materials, we are unable to offer refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of progress in the program.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Refunds are not available for participants who have completed more than three modules, downloaded substantial program resources, or participated in coaching sessions, capstone reviews, or live events.
  • Group or institutional purchases (e.g., DSOs, dental schools) are not eligible for individual refunds once the cohort begins.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@serendequitypartners.com with your purchase details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Commitment to Satisfaction: If you are beyond the refund window but experiencing challenges, our team is here to help. We offer options such as program deferrals, course credits, or coaching support to ensure you receive value from your investment.
